The Office of Enrollment Services seeks a graduate student, from any academic discipline, to join our Enrollment Services team. Knowledge or experience in financial aid is desired, but not necessary. Duties and responsibilities in this integrated office include, but are not limited to, assisting in the coordination of financial assistance programs including scholarships, grants, loans, and employment on the University, State and Federal levels, advising students and parents about Enrollment Services processes, in person or by telephone. The position may also include file verification, updating records and calculating student award packages. Advising responsibilities extend to general information regarding registration and records and billing and collections. 

Candidates must be comfortable and familiar with software in the Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel); knowledge of the e-Campus PeopleSoft system a plus! Position requires 20 hours per week during the academic year with possible summer employment. Benefits include a grant for the equivalent of graduate tuition, a grant for the equivalent of an academic year commuter parking permit and a pay rate of Graduate Student Level 1. Candidates must file a FAFSA for the 2023/24 academic year, in which they will be employed. In-Person or Virtual interview options available!
