Technology Support Assistant
Are you the "go to" person for tech issues for your family and friends? Do you have experience fixing your PC or Laptop issues or working with others to do so? You do not have to have formal technical experience to do this job! Essential duties and responsibilities: Assist with providing desktop support for Enrollment Services staff including setup, maintenance and troubleshooting of desktop computers, laptops, monitors, printers, and related equipment. Document procedures and update inventory. Knowledge of PC/Laptop hardware/software troubleshooting, Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office Suite and web browsers. Knowledge of Apple products desired, but not necessary. The ideal candidate will have great customer service and communication skills; multitasking abilities; ability to lift up to 40 pounds of computer/office related equipment; ability to follow instructions, documented processes, and high attention to detail. Starting pay will be determined by level of experience. Candidates must be eligible for federal work study.
