Technology Support Assistant
Essential duties and responsibilities: Provide desktop support for Enrollment Services staff. Assist with setup, maintenance and troubleshooting of desktop computers, laptops, monitors, printers, and related equipment. Help maintain the Enrollment Services' website; document procedures and update inventory. Requirements include demonstrated knowledge of PC/Laptop hardware/software troubleshooting, Windows 10, Microsoft Office Suite and web browsers. Knowledge of Apple products desired. The ideal candidate will have great customer service and communication skills; multitasking abilities; ability to lift up to 40 pounds of computer/office related equipment; ability to follow instructions, documented processes, and high attention to detail. Starting pay will be determined by level of experience. Candidates must be eligible for federal work study.
