Recruiting Intern

Job Description 

Roessel Joy is seeking an energetic and motivated individual to join our team as a Recruiting Intern.  This role will play an integral role in the company’s candidate placements, sales support and reporting and general office management.  This internship will provide you the opportunity to apply your operations skills and gain broad experience in office management and administration.   

 

Responsibilities 

Create, advertise, and maintain job postings 

Review applications and interview candidates 

Assist Recruiters in interview scheduling 

Candidate outreach and cold calling 

Support special projects and events including but limited to career fairs, hiring events, process documentation, sourcing reports, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives 

Manage metrics reporting, analyze data and provide feedback  

 

Qualifications 

BA/BS Candidate in Marketing, Business, Sales or related field  

Minimum GPA of 3.00 

Excellent oral and written communication skills  

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment  

Excellent time management and organizational skills 

Ability to work independently and take initiative
